As we continue researching the various factions to ally ourselves with, we are gaining as much intel as possible on their methods, tactics and gear. Below is a quick field report on the preferred weapons we have witnessed the Skirmishers, Reapers and Templars using in combat.

 

 

 

Preferred Weapon of Skirmishers:

Kal-series Bullpup Rifle (Kal-7/Kal-15/Kal-90)

In standard configuration, the “Kal” series bullpup rifle has a maximum sustained fire rate of 900 rounds per minute, with a muzzle velocity of approaching 750 m/s (2460 ft/s). Magnetic and Energy-based variants greatly exceed these values.

 

                Range: 250m

                Muzzle Velocity: 750 m/s

                Other: Possible ADVENT prototype

Preferred Weapon of Reapers:

Vektor Rifle

With an effective firing range of nearly 1000m (3280 ft.) the standard issue Vektor rifle is a testament to the efficiency of its old-world design. Initially shunned by the Reapers, Magnetic and Energy variants have proven exceptionally powerful.

 

Range: 1000m

Muzzle Velocity: 850 m/s

Other: Custom hand-loaded cartridges.

Preferred Weapon of Templars:

Templar Gauntlets

Focuses Psionic energy into a honed, physical blade allowing the Templar to slice through the majority of refined metallic elements found on Earth.

 

Range: 5m

Operating Temperature: 400C+

Other: Unknown physiological side-effects.
